Radar Pro Privacy Policy

Radar Pro is developed by Bryan Neel. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Radar Pro uses and how it is handled.

What Radar Pro Collects

Radar Pro is designed to use as little personal information as possible.

• Location: The app may access your device location if you allow it, so the app can help center the map or show radar information relevant to your area.
• Email you choose to send: If you contact me by email, your email address and any information you include in that message will be received by me.
• Apple purchase information: If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, Apple processes those transactions. Radar Pro does not require an account.

What Radar Pro Does Not Do

• It does not create a user account.
• It does not transmit your location to my servers.
• It does not store your location.
• It does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
• It does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
• It does not track you across apps, websites, or services.
• It does not send app usage data to my servers.

How Location Is Used

If you grant location permission, Radar Pro uses location only on your device to support app features, such as helping you view radar data relevant to your current area. Location is optional and can be turned off in your device settings at any time.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Radar Pro may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. These purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. I do not receive your full payment card information.

Data Sharing

Radar Pro does not sell your personal information and does not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or tracking.

Data Retention

Because Radar Pro does not maintain user accounts and does not send your location or app usage data to my servers, I generally do not retain personal data from your use of the app itself. If you email me for support or feedback, I may retain that email and related correspondence for customer service purposes.

Your Choices

• You can choose whether to allow location access.
• You can revoke location access at any time in your iPhone or iPad settings.
• You can choose whether to contact me by email.
• If you have questions about information you sent by email, you can contact me and request deletion where applicable.

Children's Privacy

Radar Pro is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time if the app's features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted at this same location with a new effective date.
