ArcWise (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ArcWise mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

ArcWise is designed to minimize data collection. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

a. Information You Provide

• Subscription details (through Apple App Store in-app purchases).
• Customer support requests (if you contact us by email).

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Limited analytics such as feature interactions, subscription status, and error logs (collected via Apple and/or our backend).
• Device Identifiers: A randomly generated identifier may be stored on your device (e.g., in Keychain) to track trial usage and subscription entitlements. We do not use this to personally identify you.
• iCloud Data (if enabled): If you use iCloud sync, your app data (such as saved chats or preferences) may be stored securely in your iCloud account under your Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud credentials.

c. Payment Information

All payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the App’s functionality.
• Manage subscription access (trial periods, entitlements).
• Maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., repeated free trials).
• Respond to support requests.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data in the following cases:

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to operate the App.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or court order.
• Business Transfers: If ArcWise is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Data stored locally on your device (such as chat history) remains under your control.
• If you enable iCloud, data is stored in your Apple iCloud account, subject to Apple’s policies.
• We apply industry-standard measures to secure any data transmitted to our backend (e.g., encrypted communications).

5. Your Choices

• Anonymous Use: You may use the App without creating an account or providing personal details.
• Manage iCloud Data: You can delete ArcWise data from iCloud at any time through your Apple device settings.
• Opt-Out of Analytics: Device-level privacy settings (e.g., Apple’s “Limit Ad Tracking”) may reduce the collection of analytics.

6. Children’s Privacy

ArcWise is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.

7. International Users

If you access ArcWise from outside the United States, note that your information may be processed in the U.S. where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and the “Effective Date” will be updated. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
